After working with tons of women in a one-on-one setting, and running a very successful 30 day challenge this past summer, I am VERY excited to offer a longer, more intensive group coaching opportunity!
If you need help with working out and nutrition, but prefer a group atmosphere to a one-on-one program, with a LONGER duration than just a 30 day challenge, THIS program is made for you!
This 12 week group coaching program begins on Monday, September 9 and ends on Monday, December 9. We’re past BBQ season, so NOW is the time to focus on establishing or refining healthy habits that will result in BIG changes! The timeline of this program also ensures accountability and guidance through what could be weight-gaining pitfalls such as Halloween, Thanksgiving, etc.
What the program consists of:
Individualized macro targets
2 breakfast recipes, 5 dinner recipes, 1 dessert per week: 8 recipes/week
Intro to macros guide
Macros “cheat sheet”
General workout guidelines
What it costs:
This 12 week program is designed to not only teach you the tools you will need for ongoing success beyond the program, but will also provide you the TIME and support needed to ensure the habits stick.
My intention for this program is to provide you a sustainable, flexible way to reach your goals by providing you with delicious meals and challenging workouts to take the planning and guesswork out of it for you!
