Sometimes you just have to work with what ya got. I started this workout at the gym in our apartment complex and finished it at home due to a fussy little guy. I focused on medial and frontal deltoids using dumbbells, a kettlebell, and a resistance band. See below for full workout!
Shoulders Superset Workout:
DB Arnold Press- 3 sets of 12 superset with
KB Upright Row- 3 sets of 12
DB Rear Delt Fly- 3 sets of 10 superset with
1 Arm Overhead DB Press- 3 sets of 10
Banded Front Raise- 3 sets of 15 superset with
Banded Side Raise- 3 sets of 15
